I got a free sample of Meguire's Gold Class wax at a show that I used today. All I can say is WOW! It is a liquid wax that really shines. Easy on and easy off, too. Joe

Over the years I've always been "known for the shine". From my first car (A Vega GT) through a couple of Z28s and then a black Nova. I started out with Rain Dance, then Gliptone, Blue Coral, Nu-Finish, Zymol . . .you name it, they were all the best. Now the rage is Zaino.

But for my money . . .this Meguire's Gold Class is absolutely the deepest, shiniest, easiest to use. How much better could Zaino be? And at what cost?

How did your prepare your surface before you applied the Meguiar's wax. Did you have to do any buffing or did just washing do the trick? I have a white 82 and want to get the best shine I can. Thanks |headscratch|

I know this sounds off-the-wall, but my Mille Miglia Red (75) responds best to products intended for 18 wheelers. Results invariably are better then from consumer products of all pedigrees - makes the car look like a cherry-flavor Jolly Rancher candy.

The Peterbilt supply system carries the KARSEAL line of cleaners, polishes and waxes. Between washes I use an EagleOne truck product called Detailer, sold only in truck stops.

"Gimme 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around ..."
