Doesn't really matter what you use on the dash as long as it doesn't make the dash shiny! If you make your dash shiny you'll find driving in the daytime a real pain! Your dash will reflect off the windshield and distort your view.
Also, just use cleaner on your steering wheel. Don't use ArmorAll or anything that makes the surface slippery! We don't want you losing control of your baby and wrapping her around a pole!

http://www.zainobros.com makes a leather conditioner that also can be used on vinyl. Not only does this make the surfaces look great, it makes the interior smell like new leather!! Awesome stuff!!

I use the Zaino leather cleaner, then the leather care, makes everthing smell and feel terrific, and you all know what that leather smells like!!!

There are some local distributors around, but to the best of my knowledge it is not available through retail stores. I think Ecklers (or one fo the other catalog guys) may carry it as well.
