Alignment & Brake Question

Can anyone suggest a good Orlando shop to do a complete wheel alignment and turn my rotors? I'm not anxious to turn the keys over to any old franchise shop. I also want the rotors turned on the car, so they need to be able to do that too. I plan to provide my own alignment specs to the shop, so if any of you have opinions (and I know you do), what do you think they should be?
