That'a not the new Z06...it's the still un-named Super Corvette sometimes called "Super Sport," "Blue Devil," or "Sting Ray."

From what I'm hearing this will be a 2009 model.
Have my name on the waiting list for one of these bad boys!

Nice car but we'll never see one, There are only around 2200 being built and there are deposits on every one of them right now. Be ready to go as the ZR1 about 25K over stcker or better to get one. Maybe somewhere around $125k. Plus driving svhool. to learn how to keep it on the ground.

Well, I'll stand my ground. Any car like this, anything that brings GM good / great press is an excellent thing. I'm fighting to figure out how I'm going to pay for the rest of my 09 Camaro...but as long as GM can attract customers, convince younguns like me that they are THE car company, they've got a chance of turning around. My new car dreams list is all GM. The Blue Devil / Stingray / Z07 would be nice to see on that list...but it will be decades before I cross shop it with anything I can afford.
