Who's going to Detroit in January?

Who is planning to be in Detroit for the C6 unvieling? Also where are you coming from?

I'm curious who is going to be there, and how far you are willing to travel to see it first!

I am some five plus hours away from family in LA and the C6 will be shown there the next day after Detroit. Does that qualify? What, 61 more days?

Have reservations at Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Can aford to buy 1/2 of a C6.
Gotta see it first hand

I'll be in Detroit (from Wisconsin)- can't wait. Already have reservations!!!!

We wanted to go there, but decided that it is too far for us.
But we're anxious to see the C6.
So please keep us informed with pictures and that kind of stuf.

The first public unveiling of the C6 will be at Detroit's Cobo Center during the North American International Auto Show on January 10, 2004. More info can be found at www.naias.com.

Yes, I am going! Cobo Center is only 10 miles from my house and I've been going to this show for almost 40 years!

My good friend has wanted to take me there for many years.
The first major auto show I attended was in Minneapolis
in 1963. Seeing that saddle tan coupe rise up off the
frame with the slow moving mechanicals was what hooked me
on Covettes. Since 1970 I have always owner a Corvette.
I guess we need to decide if this is our year to attend.
I'm sure it is always nice weather for the event.

We will have full coverage of the show including photos of the C6 almost immediately after it is unveiled. We will have a professional photographer on-site.

i'm lucky....i live just north of detroit (macomb) so i will definatly be there!!!
i might even look at that gto again just to see what they stuffed the c5 goodies into.....but thats another story!
