On my C3 and C5 I have done may mods to each. One of my friends recently purchased a C6 and was asking me what Mods I thought he should do.

Well, I thought I would consult the experts and see what are some of your favorites.

If  you don't mind how about helping this new C6 owner out with your ideas? Wink

Corsa eXtreme exhaust and Air Raid intake.  Sound and performance will be worth it.

Hey Bob I like the sound from the Corsa Exhaust. I have a good friend with those on his Mag Red C5 and they sound great.

I am a looks good but want to go quitely in my C5 but I really like the mellow sound Corsa produces. It really sounds good when you are going through the gears.

I have never seen the Air Raid Intake until now so I don't know much about them. I have the Z06 airbox with an Air Hog filter on my C5 which does a nice job.

Thanks for the posting!

C5's with manual MUST swap out their gear shifter ... not sure if thie is the same case with C6's.

Alot of folks go with a short throw aftermarket shifter. It helps to remove the so call "slop" in between shifting gears. Of course if you do this then you HAVE TO put on a kewl aftermarket shifter handle....... LOL

I'm thinking about the AirRaid Intake & Corsa Sport Exhaust. Most of my mods so far have just been cosmetic, like stainless under hood accesories & race mesh front grill & side vent grills. The car is so ggod as bulit by Chevrolet that I don't really think I need much more than the intake & the cool sound of the Corsa system. Thumbs Up

I have a SLP Blackwing intake. A SLP exhaust system.
But what makes it work REAL good is the Diablo tuning box.
With preset / adjustable tune capability.
