Virbration on passenger side pillar

My wife is bothered by a vibration coming from the pillar shrouding near the area of the seatbelt connecting by her head. The vibration noise is present at a wide temperature range and road conditions. I have not taken it to a dealer yet for this. Does anyone have a solution?
