Anyone have a problem with their targa top squeaking when it's stored in the back. I just developed this annoying rattle/squeak and can't seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions?!

Not with it stored in the back. Only when it is on the Vette.

Is it a plastic squeak, or a metal on metal squeak? Either way, it's likely a fitment issue ... perhaps something is wearing away.
If metal on metal (targa on car) ... try WD-40 ... see if it goes away.
If plastic (stored in hatch), try to replicate the squeak by hand ... try to move / jar the top while it is loatched in place. If the top moves, that area is suspect. Try to insert a piece of shop rag or shammy between the two areas ... then give it a test drive. If it works, check to see if something (grommet, etc) is not lined up properly, or worn away.

Thanks for the replys. It only squeeks while stored in the back and it just began recently out of nowhere. I have tried to replicate it by moving it by hand and it does squeek. I just can't figure out why and all of a sudden. A rag might help. I just don't think that I should have to do that. It's coming from where the top is slid into the hooks at the front of the top and towards the front of the storage area.
Thanks again.

Friction ... wear-n-tear ... just like the suspension on the car. Over time, it will wear out. Try WD-40 first.
