OEM Head unit

I am looking to upgrade my OEM head unit for my 2007. I bought a steering wheel with controls and a 2012 Head unit with the Bluetooth module. Haven't installed it yet but wonder if anyone has any experience doing this? Do I need to change my harness or will it be plug and play?

A new head unit will make your day. Blue tooth, able to add a backup camera and more. Suggest you try Crutchfield. I have a Kenwood, with plenty of options and they can sell you a goof proof harness to make the install so much easier. Plus their phone support is world class.
