We have a 2007 convertible and are in search of some items to dress up the engine and body. We have looked everywhere for a battery cover and can't seem to locate one for an '07. We also saw a front grille and side cove grille for an '07 in the GM brochure, but have been told by our local Chevy dealer that those items aren't available yet. Does anyone know what the story is, or where to find those items?

Have you checked with Young Chevy? They are the big 'Vette dealer locally. I've been able to get a lot of stuff there that no other dealer had, or could/would look for. Just a suggestion. They do more Vettes than Parra, Huffines, or Van.
