Our local Corvette Club (www.prescottvettesette.org)was interested in making a car decal so we could identify who was in the club. I approached Chevy for permission to use the criss-cross flags and was initially turned down. On a second attempt we were told by a lawyer that a corvette club would be allowed after a bit of paperwork. Apparently this is a new policy since May 1, 2006 (fee waved for clubs). The forms say for use in your logo and items can not be sold except to club members. I had been working thru C6decaldesigns.

GM has sent me a two page Microsoft word document (as a file) which one uses to make application for permission to use one of their trademarks. If you want to see it just email me.
