For everyone out there who purchased a new C6 and lives in a state with front-license plate requirements ... When we purchased our Daytona Sunset Orange Coup ... we couldn't believe when our car was delivered and the quality (or lack of) of the front license plate bracket. Through another forum we found out about Man Machine Interface and Carl Zander. We purchased a chromed steel bracket, mounted it with the screws provided and it has been awesome. You can't imagine the quality of this item, the ease of installation and choices ... upper and lower of where to install. This does not restrict airflow to the front grill. There isn't a show that we attend that we don't get positive comments. You can reach them directly at Man Machine Interface phone 440-871-6496 or go in through our website www.foundcaravan.net, visit the sponsors page and it should take you there. With the state police cracking down on Vettes with no front plate/tags, it is time to look into purchasing one of these. We can't say enough about this bracket!

I don't understand with as many states that require a front plate, why GM didn't better include a spot for the plate in the design. It is so obvious that a plate does not belong on the front of the C6. No matter what bracket you get for it, it looks dumb. They thought about it on the C5 and had a nice little spot for it.

Adam: You are right, BUT they did not think. And if you want to be legal, thats the barcket; that looks the best. BEEF
