FRONT BUMPER VALANCE

I have an '07 convertible. I was at a show last week and parked in line with an '05 and an '06. It was noticed that the others had a black plastic valance below the painted front bumper. Mine has the center section but not the right or left ones. Were these forgoten on mine or this something else that was eliminated in '07? I don't mind that they eliminated the underhood light but I am upset that the console lock was discontinued!
Does your '07 or '08 have these?

You should have 3 pieces.  Wonder what happened?  I don't use passenger compartment locks - the theifs can check out the contents without breaking stuff.
