I have a 2005 with the Tan convertible top. The top gets marks on it from the mechanism that makes the top go up and down. Anyway to get those marks off?

I have the cashmere top and am always geting those marks too.
What I found that works great is stuff called "303". You can find it in any boating supply store. I use the the "303 fabric gard" with a soft brush to clean the top, rinse, let dry thoruoghly then spray on the "303 Aerospace Protectant". The top always looks better than new.

Where do you find this 303? My car has beige/cashmere and it does the same thing. Only had it bout five months but noticed marks during first week.

You might also consider Turtle Wax Ice's, TOTAL INTERIOR CARE (gel), which is great for removing stains from carpet, scuffs from just about anything, etc.
Have you tried Mr. Clean's Miracle Easer? It works best on non-pourous surfaces, and MUST BE WET (like a sponge).

Are you using the Fabric Guard to clean the top? I just purchased it and the protectant and the directions suggested I use one of the 303 cleaners to remove the stains before using the fabric guard.

I heard of a product called Ragg Topp that's supposed to work well also but have never tried it myself. I have the manual top on my C6 and have not had any problems yet.
