C6 instrument cluster not working after battery replaced

My battery died on my C6 Corvette after charging battery I noticed that my instrument cluster was not working. How can I fix.

Check fuses under passenger mat. Surge could have blown a fuse. There is a legend identifying what fuses protect what equipment.
