They've been on there for a while, doesn't seem fully legal to me, but I suppose if someone wants the Vette that bad they'll pay whatever they can. I'd love to be first, but it appears I'm really not going to have another until its C7 time. Here's hopin' its a good one!

I think he specifically drops out , then #2 takes over. If it was a built car or already had a TPW he may have a leg to stand on.

Unless the he asked the dealer if he can put someone else in his spot, and they OKed it.
