C-6 and Door Handles

On the C-6 each outside of the doors on the doorjamb there is a inside the doorjam touchpad to gain entry in the Corvette. When you have the key fob near by all you have to do to open the door is to press on the touchpad. The C-6 know its your specific fob code to gain entry.

The black molded trim was carried to the outside of the door to allow for an area to push when closing the door.( you can see the black more on white paint and less on black paint jobs) This prevents possible damage to your beautful paint job!
