06 C6 Auto. Transmission Performance

I have a 06 C6 with the (6) speed automatic transmission and I believe a 2:56 axle ratio. Does anyone know what the 0 - 60 mph and 1/4 mile times would be for this vehicle?

Would I see a major improvement in 0 - 60 mph and 1/4 mile times if I changed the axle ratio to 4:11? Would this be a wise thing to do? Would a 3:90 ratio be a better choice?

1/4 mile times for the auto are not any different than the M6 or A4's. They are pretty consistant across the board.

As far as rear gears, the A6 is geared so that I dont think changing is necessary. Hiway driving with such steep gears would be terrible. I would just get a higher stall converter.

Yes our A6 has a 2.56 rear axle. They are making the A4 axle (2.73) available for the Z51 option on the 2008 car. Like an earlier post, I sure wouldn't go for those axle ratios you listed.
