A6 Steering wheel Shifter pictures

Pictures are appearing of two "+" buttons on the new 2006 C6 steering wheel and of the quadrant shifter (Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive and "M"). These pictures have a way of disappearing from various sites so get there while this is fresh.
