I HAVE A 2013 427 , WITH A TON OF MODS, I CURRENTLY PUT  DC ALTNATOR ON IT ,WHEN DRIVING IT, THE VOLTAGE WILL DROP, SERVICE CHARGING SYSTEM WARNING LIGHT WILL COME ON,  YOU CAN REV THE PISS OUT OF THE ENGINE AND IT WILL START CHARGING AGAIN.  ANY IDEAS?

The fact that revving the engine solves the problem temporarily strongly suggests that either your alternator isn't producing enough power at low RPMs or that there's a significant wiring issue preventing the voltage from reaching the battery and vehicle systems at idle.
