no wipers,horn,or telescopic steering

need help. first i lost the telescopic steering, then i was on a trip and i lost my wipers and my horn. everything on the left of the column works fine. the lights and signals. any ideas would help greatly. it is a 2013 ZR1. checked under the dash, but couldn't see anything wrong. looked out at the fuses and relays, but again, didn't see anything wrong. ANY AND ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED. THANK YOU
