Sorry Gary. No your reply wasn't invisible, I simply missed seeing it by clicking on the little arrow that takes one to the latest post in the thread. Over the past dozen years of being "Vette-less" I have lost touch with the Corvette parts world. Thanks for the suggestion...!!!

No problem, I was just kidding.
I bought some interior dye from one of the Corvette vendors for my 72 dark saddle interior a couple years ago. The can had a Corvette America label on it and it matched perfectly. Wish I could remember who I bought it from. Zip, Ecklers, etc.

Yes, From my experience, "Top Flight" (Corvette America) supplies most of the reputable Corvette parts suppliers, much of the interior and dye and replacement items.

SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll have to find out if Dark Shale is the same as Natural, which is what I was told is the second color tone is.

Hello, According to the Black Book, the only interior color listed for a 2004 Lemans Blue, is "S" which is Shale. Not listed as dark or light. "B" Black is the only other color listed.

The CBB edition I have (1953-2013) for 2004 color code 19 - Lemans Blue (ComEd) lists S-B for interior colors. S=RPO code 152 was used in the Commemorative Edition coupes and convertibles and B=RPO code 192 was used in the Commemorative Edition Z06.

The main, or "major", color of the two tone interior is Shale (seats, carpet, lower portion of the door panels) and the Interior Color Code (or RPO code) of 152 confirms that. The description for RPO code 15I (that's a capital i) on the glove box door tag is INTERIOR TRIM COLOR: SHALE.

The contrasting, or "minor", color is a darker shade which I have found to be called Natural (dash, steering wheel, center console, shifter & boot, brake handle & boot, a-pillers). I have not found (yet) any RPO codes that relate to Natural or Dark Shale.

Both of the places suggested list the dye/paint color options Shale and Dark Shale, but not Natural. I'll have to ask if Natural and Dark Shale are the same, or different. (btw - images on both websites had a CA logo so guessing that translates to Corvette America)

Thanks again for the suggestions!
