SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible
SOLD - "The Beast" - '90 ZR-1 (#682)
SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe

The drivers door window on "BLYBYU" doesn't fit tight when rolled up so there's a bit of wind noise while driving and it leaks a bit from a high pressure blast when in a touchless car wash. Is there any adjustment to tighten up that gap? Or am I looking at replacing the weather-stripping? All the weather-stripping is original to the car as far as I know.

It sounds like a window adjustment is in order. Is the w/t old enough to start deteriorating? Mine is in very good shape. There is a compound you can rub on it to keep it soft and pliable.

The weather stripping looks good - from what I know the car wasn't outside much (less than 20k on the clock when we bought it). Have been leaving the window rolled down a bit hoping the rubber will relax back into shape a bit. I've hear a 303 product is good stuff but haven't seen it in any stores around here. Will have to order it from somewhere. Also on the hunt for service manuals to get the skinny on how to do the window adjustments. Thanks Mark!
