Hey, just stumbled over this forum today. Mine is a '91 dark red metallic with black inside. Got it in Nov. '01 with just 10k ms. and all stock. I've since replaced the exhaust with a Corsa and the ignition coils with Accels. Car was stumbling and found it had a bad one, so I replaced 'em all and added MSD wires while I was inside. Car looks and runs great, can't wait 'til Spring.

Guess a lot of the ZR-1s are happy on the ZR1Registry. Anyway, I'd love to get one but only have room for one (my '86 vert). Would happily trade + cash for the right car. Would be hard to not have a convertible though.

Wow all those Z's are so cool. Love 'em all but want to see this black rose colour.
I too would trade my '94 Polo 'vert (Immaculate) for the right Z. Just love 'em.

I've just discovered this group and this forum, but I'm also a member of several other Corvette clubs and forums. For me the C4 is my Corvette of choice. Over the years I've owned many Corvettes starting in 1963 with a new red convertible for which I traded in my 1961 MGA. The demand for the new C2 was extremely high and I had considerable difficulty finding one at a dealership. A bunch of C3 cars to which I can claim ownership at one time include a red 1969 convertible, a yellow 1970 coupe, a 1971 war bonnet yellow convertible and a 1979 black coupe. As for the C4, my favorite Corvette for many reasons, I bought one of the first released--a red 1984. My second C4 was also red--MY 1988. In 1990 I bought my first ZR-1. OMG!! What a car that was! Since then I have bought two more ZR-1s, and I currently own a beautiful red 1995 ZR-1 which I recently found with only 1850 miles on it. Since I love driving these cars and I'm not a collector, this car will be driven regularly. I had to give a very large amount of money for my new nineteen-year-old car, but I'd decided I'd much rather have a "new" C4 ZR-1 rather than a new 2014 Stingray. Crazy, perhaps, but that's me. Here's a picture of my '95 ZR-1 in my driveway in Charlotte, NC.
