Vette(s): 1990 Dark Red Metalic hardtop convertible
Need to replace the thermostat on my 1990 L98 eng. Does it matter whether I install a180 deg or 195 deg thermostat?

Short answer, go with whatever temp it has in it now. There's no real advantage to using a lower temp stat than factory.
