Mist/condensation out of vents with AC on

My 94 is wisping misting or condesation out of the vents when the AC is on. There is almost no wetness just the mist, in the morning if you fire up the defroster the windshield basically gets covered on the inside. So if the drain tube is clogged (my first guess) where is it? What else could it be?
