very interesting to watch. fast question. i purchased a set of injectors for my 90 and believe they were accels. they are 24#inj instead of 22#. according to the sellers the 2#difference would not affect anything. what is your opinion?

the computer will compensate in closed loop, but, not all the way. In open loop it will be pig rich. What happens is the extra fuel will eventually wash out the cats, The computer thinks there is a 22 in the engine and pulses the injector for that size. The extra rich mixture is also not efficient, your fuel mileage will suffer. I would suggest sending the chip to someone like Alvin from PCM for less and have it programmed to the injectors.

Those are some awesome videos, and some GREAT info!!
I put new infectors(Accel) in my '85 last summer, as I had at least one that was "dead". Made a HUGE difference in the way the car ran!!

I replaced the injectors in my '91 Z two years ago. I found that 3 were bad. I bought them from a place I would recommend, http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/
I called and talked to the owner for quite awhile. He's been in the business for about 30 years and really seemed to know his stuff. I would deffinitely go to him again if needed.
