Fabio ----your profile says you are from Italy (I think), and it appears your are translating Italian to English.
Try wording your posts different and we can help.

Fabio, what is the year of your Corvette?   What engine temperature are you seeing?   Are you using a good quality 50/50 mixture of anti-freeze?   You mention "pot lids".   I suspect you are hearing "pre-ignition", or what we call "engine ping".   Have you verified that your ignition timing is correct, according to your Factory Service/Shop Manual (FSM)?   Do you have the correct FSM for your car?

Yes I am Italian I'm sorry to use the translator because my English sucks
But I see that Google is not better than me

Hot rod my Corvette and 87 that the temperature in the queue also arrives at 120 ° C, however, you are mormale is 78-88 ° C
I do not know that for the mixture of antifreeze
