I've had couple of sets of MSD wires which seem to be good. I haven't had any radio noise from them. I've routed them a couple of different ways but I'm still not entirely satisfied. Getting the one locked into the Optispark around the water pump is the worst I find.

I'll bet a pumice hand cleaner would work well too (don't laugh) orange GooBeGone, etc...
I tried it on all the fender wells a few years back and found plastic and rubber responds well to the stuff, now it is part of my spring cleaning ritual. I also use it on all the hoses and they stay cleaner longer and have the original look to them.

I bought a set from Bosch that supposedly fit the LT 4, but I haven't gotten 'round to putting them on yet. I did a complete carpet job on my '96 C.E. and it wore me down to a frazzle. I hope to get to it over the long Memorial Day weekend, and can let you know
.

If you end up deciding you want a new set, I've got a brand new AC Delco set I bought from ZIP, I'm looking to sell.... I inadvertently bought two and it took me so long to get around to putting them in that they wouldn't take them back

$125... you won't find the red OE set out there cheaper than that.
