The color is awesome! I haven't seen many in that color. Good luck and enjoy!

There's very little "wrong" with my 85. I haven't started it, or had it out of the storage container for 3 years, but....

Thanks everyone.
Do you think I can go to a local NTB or tire store and have them swap my tires? When I first got my car, the wheels were actually rotating wrong. The arrows on the tire weren't going in the right direction. I didn't know any better then and took it to a Chevy dealer. Never again. However, they did swap the tires so now the arrows are rotating in the right direction. Do I just swap the location of the tires to get the rims correct or do they have to be turned on the tire?

Oh, another question. I have little pieces of black, looks like dry rotted foam coming out of the top vent in the dash. Any ideas that it may be? I had the dashpad off one day and I thought I saw a filter of some sort but I couldn't reach it.

if you have directional tires (arrows showing direction of rotation), you will have to have the two tires, that are backwards, remounted. just changing the position to correct the rims will have the tires rotating in the wrong direction. any tire shop should be able to do it for you.

Not necessarily. Maybe the tires are "backwards" right now as well as the wheels? If that's the case, swap them from side to side and you're done. You need the rotation of the tire and its wheel to be correct for the side of the car it's installed on. For an 88 - 89 you need two lefts and two rights. Rather elementary stuff.
