I don't know if you are interested or not going to Illinois for car or not but I recently traded my 1996 Red/Red Convertible, Auto Trans to Yemm Chevrolet, Galesburg, IL. According to their website car is still there. It had just under 27,000 miles on it. I had purchased it from Fast Lane Classic Cars in St. Charles MO. I decided to upgrade to an 08 Red/Red Convertible that was a local trade. Added options are: Preferred Equipment Group #1 incl Electronic AC, 6 Way Power Driver Seat, Leather Sport Bucket Seats, Delco/Bose Music System Cassette Tape & Compact Disc Player, Performance Axle Ratio 3.07, White Top. Thanks, that is almost exactly what I am looking for except that I need a coupe. Living in South Florida the wife demands that the AC work great and my experience is that the interior of convertibles is not as cool in temperature as a coupe. Also don't want a black car (for the same reason) or the wine color.

Vette(s): 1972 LT-1 convertible with factory air. 2017 Black Rose Grand Sport M7 convertible.
There is a 96 Collectors Edition with 23,670 miles for $14k on Corvette Forum. The car is immaculate.

Thanks, but I'm pretty sure it is a manual trans due to being an LT4. You are right it is a gorgeous car.
