Tuner Needed

My 1987 C4 starts and runs but stalls quite easily. I need to find a tuner to reprogram my computer. Can anyone recommend anyone in the NY, NJ, CT areas? I tried Chuck from Corvettes of Westchester, but they left my car out in the cold for 5 months and did NOTHING. I had to tow it out of there!

Any recommendations would be really helpful.
