Anyone know where I can get a diagram of the plug wire supports for 94 Lt1. and where I can even purchase them?

Here's a Chris Fix video on replacing spark plugs and spark plug wires on a 94 C4.  It shows the original factory loom and spark plug wire placement in detail.
