Since these dreary months are usually (for many  of us) our downtime, what mods are being done?

I'm doing the LT4 hotcam, springs and replacing my non SA RR's, new plugs, adding the LT4 hash marks and swapping rear gears (if my pending deal ever happens Cry).  Plus the normal strip down the wax, polish, re-wax stuff.

What are the rest of you up to?

mine (the 90) is still in body shop. waiting on the front bumper molding to come in so we can install it. installed louvres over the foglights and blinkers and liked them so when the bumper goes on we are going to install new ones and will make it match the bumper so they look like the bumper was made with them ( in other words hide the seams. while it was sitting i replaced the brake pads. old ones were only about half worn but this way i dont have to worry about them.

if it wasnt in the body shop i would be driving it except in snow.it is my year round toyThumbs Up.

I just installed heat in my garage and over the next month will be doing maintenance --> new convertible top and weatherstripping. After that's done, I'm replacing all of the carpet. The top will be an interesting project!  These are the 2 poor appearance issue i have with my '89 that have bugged me for the last 3-4 years
