seal plate covers, witch ones are the best? Ive seen allot of them out there however they look like they would scratch up real easy. i haven't found a metal set as of yet. can anyone recommend a manufacture that makes one that would last.

Don't know of any metal ones off-hand for the "early" cars, but they do make them(chrome, gold, etc) for the '90 & up cars, I think. Those will not fit on the earlier cars, tho, because the parking brake handle area was different. I bought a set a long time ago for my '85, and then found out they were for the later cars, so they dint fit....they're hangin on the wall in the garage....
