I can't seem to find the RPO code sheet on my '84 Corvette. I have looked in both rear storage bins, under each bin lid, and the center console. Could it be located elsewhere? If not, how can I obtain the production options for my car?
Thanks,
Marshall

The RPO tag is normally under the driver side storage bin lid. If you don't have it you still have a couple of options. If you have the original window sticker, the codes will be on there. You can also contact the National Corvette Museum, supply them with your VIN, and you can order a build sheet and window sticker. Or get a Corvette black book and decode the car yourself. It's not too hard. I have a list of all '84 options that I can send to you too if you want it.

Thanks JBZ51. I am curious to find out exactly what I have. I may contact the museum any way, but a list of the '84 options would be great; my email address is CodeGnome@HotMail.Com.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

YA..should be stuck on the underside of the ds storage bin lid. Later cars may have had them on the console lid. You could also prolly still find the build sheet on the gas tank, if ya wanted to go to that much trouble to find it. The NCM has copies tho, and you can purchase one from them. Not the same as the RPO code label, however. The build sheet may not contain ALL of the info that the RPO label does. Still better than nuttin.
Also, you will find at the tops of the pages here a "Research" button. Click on that, and then "C4 Corvette Statistics", then your year model, and you will find a complete listing of all available options, as well as some other nifty info.

I don't know how accurate this web site is, but it claims to list RPO's by VIN. I think I heard about it here, or maybe CorvetteActionCenter.com:

That site seems accurate enough for my Corvette. Some of the numbers given I wonder about such as the 1 quantity when there had to be more than 1 of, but option wise it looks ok. Not as accurate for my Explorer as it listed all available options for the truck, especially the 3 rear axle capacities , not all of which mine has obviously.
