Hi Hope everyone is having a Great New Year. I have a 1988 C3 that I noticed when driving yesterday it smelled like hot metal. I looked under under neath and one of the muffler near the catalytic converter was red hot. Does that mean that it is clogged? Please let me know if that has happed to one of you guys.
Thank you

No exhaust part should be red hot.
Go to your fav. muffler shop, or mech shop, or dealership.

If your Corvette is a 1988, it would be a C4 BTW.
