Help?

I'm looking for some one in the Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe/Chandler or near here, in the area, to help me with my weather stripping.  I installed new, but now have wind noise, water leaks.  I have adjusted the windows, best I can.  But it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem.
PLEASE NOTE: Before it was worn to the point of needing to be replaced I had NO wind noise or water leakage.  So I don't understand why I can't adjust it to be like that again. 
If you know of any shops, please advise.
