Weather in northern Ohio the last few weeks has been cold, rain, cold, a liitle snow, and cold... but the weather dude is calling for 80 degrees on Sunday ! I'm planning on spending most of the day working on my vette and going for a nice long drive with the top down

sounds like a plan to me. should work on it the day before so you can spend the whole day driving in it. had a couple of nice days here in nj that i had the top off and it was great. only problem was the next day it was back to being cold again. have fun.

We have some nice weather headed this way ( Philly area) but I have to sit this one out as car is still in the shop ( Plenum and valve covers being powder coated). I am envious of you guys but should be back in the game shortly. Enjoy

Turned out to be a super beautiful day on the shores of Lake Erie. Car ran great and I took it out a couple of times. At the end of the day, I was zipping along about 10 over in a 35mph zone and a cop pulled up behind and followed for a little while. Then he turned off, so I stopped and got a milk shake and chilly dog - it doesn't get much better !
Hope everyone is getting geared up for a great summer in 2011

[/QUOTE]Hey Bob, If you get the chance post some pics of them both before and after you add them to the car. I have been thinking about doing mine and would love to see how they come out.

Not sure if I have a before picture but I can definately send an after once I get her back. The plenum ws very pitted and oxidized, valve covers had been painted by a prior owner and peeling and the emblem was shot. I also did a "custom" sun shade that adds C4 logo to cargo shade. If it works out I will include pics and where to get the pieces.
