front lic plate cover

Vette(s): 1984 base coupe 17,000 miles all original. very low production number.red on red 3853. pro num.
can anyone tell me about the front lic plate cover. is there screws that hold it on here in ohio i must run 2 plates rear and front. however my cover has two screws in it holding it. advise

Two screws under the bottom edge. Use a soft pry like a paint stir stick or the like to widen the gap and it makes it simple to access them. Top held in place by tabs.
