cowl drains

I have a 86 vette I cleaned out my gowl drain on the driver side is there one on the passenger side

my 85s have 2 on the drivers side (skinny black tube) and a big one on the A/C

Also check the female portion of the hood locks.  They should drain freely threw openings in it's housing but get clogged easily.

Thanks!! my '94 gets LOTS of water [cold] in the passenger-side well! LOTS! driver side is dry. I'll check the hood locks! My '91 is always dry. Both are kept inside The '91 HAD never seen rain [65,000 mioles] in Calif., but here in Florida, u can't drive almost ANY day in the summer when it does NOT rain. It can be raining on one side of the street, and not the other! Is there any other thing i should check? 'cowl drains' are the screens in the 'cowl' ?
