You might want to look and see who the local Corvette Clubs are and ask who they recommend. They know who's good and who is a rip-off artist. Or Google Corvette repair Dallas then you can check out the results on line or in person.
Dealerships are usually a waste since the last guy who worked or really knew C4's is probably retired (but ya never know). And don't discount looking at hot rod shops, they may have a great Corvette guy who knows C4's.

Any Information on a mechanic in the Manchester, NH. area? My new to me (30,000mi.) red 1985. Should have lifted the passenger floor mats (3ea.) that was covering a puddle of water. I wouldn't be in this mess.

I had the same problem with my '96... Found the cowl drain tubes were plugged. One on right, one in middle and one on left if I remember right. right side comes out behind and inboard of the front tire

I cleaned the drain holes and utters and will apply silicone to the cracks in the hole below the passenger wiper blade.
(saw in another video). Want to find leak before I install new carpet and seats. I will check the floor pans for cracks.

John has been servicing Corvettes probably longer than he cares to admit.
Tell John or Cheryl ( Cheryl usually answers the phone) Wally recommended.
