If it's a 96 it's normal and isnt truly that hot. it is possible to change parameters in the ECM which is OBD2 if its a 96

If the fluid is flowing out at this temperature, I would check the radiator cap to make sure it held the required pressure before I went through an expensive fix or diagnostic testing process.
