ac delco

i was talking to an ac delco rep at my local dealer last week. i asked him if theres anyway  i could get an orginal battery for my 84 vette. his words where this. if enough people would call the manerfacture that makes ac delco batteries they might start  offering them once agin. i forgot the manufacture that makes ac delco batt. however theres a post i remember on this forum that has the name.  i have been thinking about contacting them and try to talk to someone about it, if its even possilble. will let you know what they say.
