Vette(s): Used to own a 1979 Corvette now owned by JB79
In this article on the NICB website, you'll see that if you have a 1984 Corvette, you better make sure it is secure!

Shocked  But...but...WHY? '84? Shocked
Maybe they're the easiest ones to steal?

Maybe to satisfy the worldwide demand for the Crossfire engine?

THAT'S gotta be it! LOL

My bet it is for the suspension stuff. Lots of Hot Rodders/customs using the early C4 stuff, since it had just about the stiffest suspensions of all of the C4 era cars. But..who knows why they are being stolen, other than the friggin THIEVES themselves.

Kinda makes you wonder when you see a Ford F-150 pickup with a Corvette engine and suspension at a car show.....
