Like many others I swapped in a set of C5 brakes. I should have done this last year. Huge improvement in power and feel and not at all grabby.
Old vs New

The Rear got a freshening up too.

The SS brake hoses are a great upgrade even if rest is left stock. Better feel.

By far the best $600 I've ever spent on a car upgrade.

Definately not a bad price at all.
If it isn't broke, I haven't fixed it yet....

The only tricky thing was the fit of the wheels I have. Normally, with a C5 brake upgrade so goes the wheels to 18" C5 variety. In my case I have 1990 C4 wheels and wanted keep that look. They're 17" and should fit but nobody I called or talked to could say for sure. Well they did fit.......almost. There was a single ridge inside the wheel hoop that just touched the caliper when turning. I wasn't going back so I trimmed the ribs on the calipers to give me 3/16" clear. Ten minutes with a grinder and a repaint got that all set.
