According to GM, Is the quantity of the power steering fluid for the system on a 1991 ZR-1 written anywhere? I have the factory manuals and haven’t found the information.

Typically, you would just add until it shows full on the stick. If the system is empty, normal fill would be around 1 quart, give or take 1/2 quart.
