I am in the middle of replacing all of the suspension bushings and sleeves and the front lower control arms are giving me fits.... 2 different problems

First, the rear bolt on the lower control arm does not have enough clearance from the frame to slide the bolt out of the assembly. It has room to slide about 2/3 the length of the bolt but then smacks up against the frame. I can't even figure out how they assembled it !

Second, on the drivers side, I can't bust either of the bolts apart..... air wrench is running with 200psi and they won't budge. Unbolted the passenger side with no problem but the drivers side won't give at all. I googled a handful of articles and there's no mention of this being a issue for anyone else nor any indication this side uses reverse threads

If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears Wacko

I just now took a quick look under my car. I have two observations.

a: It looks like the bolt would come up against the cross-brace, not the frame itself. If this is true, doesn't the cross-brace unbolt? Take it out. 4 bolts each side.

b: They assembled the cross-member, spring and suspension prior to bolting it to the frame/body assembly at body-drop. Then the cross-braces were added. The cross-member was upside down during sub-assembly. Nothing was in the way.
