I can not put more in motion my corvette

i, would like to help however i'm staying out of this one.  sounds like he put the dist in 180 out.  if i understood it corectly

trying to move forward, but will not start I can not understand I've seen all the cables and all cables are affixed

Here's a video about how to get #1 Top Dead Center...install the distributor....direction of rotor rotation and firing order. It's not in Italian ---but hopefully if your problem is with the distributor install and ignition timing this may help.
