The anti-lock brake light is staying on all the time..is there a way I can check it myself to see what is causing the malfunction? Is there an easy fix? Confused

You'll need to get the codes to determine why the light is on. It could be a wheel speed sensor, or a more serious malfunction. I'm not 100% sure how to pull the ABS codes, but I'll look and see can I find the procedure, as it is different than pulling the engine codes.
Most AutoZones can scan the system(for free) to get the codes. that might be an option, as they will give you a print-out....

If the light is on "all the time"---by that I mean comes on w/ign. key and stays on ---check these 2 fuses in the fuse panel at the passenger side end of the dash---first there is a 10 amp "brake" fuse which is hot/powered at all times.....2nd start the engine and check the 10 amp fuse labeled "gauges" while running. Just a couple of easy/simple things to check first. These fuses supply power to the module relay which in turn powers the ABS ECU.

I agree...on most electrical probs, I like to eliminate parts as the culprit...eliminating parts as the problem is usually FREE.
